St Anthony’s is an over-subscribed Catholic Primary School that is in the process of expanding from a one form to a two form entry school. By 2018 our school will consist of two forms per year from Reception up until Year 6. Our school is named after our Patron Saint; Saint Anthony, who was chosen because when the school opened in 1974 it served a large Italian community in West Watford. Each year group is divided into Lisbon, (where St Anthony was born) and Padua, (where he worked, lived and died). The year groups are spread across two buildings; the Early Years block and the main building to which the new Saint Francis building and the new link building have been recently added.
